2. Payment and DepositA major credit card in the renter’s name is required for payment and deposit. Debit cards may be accepted with additional restrictions. A security deposit (typically $200–$500) will be held during the rental period and released after the car is returned in proper condition.

3. Valid Driver’s LicenseA valid driver’s license is required and must have been held for at least one year. International renters must present a passport and, if the license is not in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP).

5. Fuel PolicyThe standard policy is Full-to-Full: pick up the vehicle with a full tank and return it full. If not refueled, refueling charges will apply. Prepaid fuel options may be available at the start of the rental.

10. Geographical RestrictionsRental vehicles may be driven anywhere within the continental United States. Travel to Canada or Mexico requires prior authorization and special insurance coverage. Off-road driving is prohibited and voids insurance coverage.
